H-Pattern requires the clutch for every shift, etc. Having to switch between manual and manual w/ clutch works but then you lose out on using the clutch to start. An alt w/o functionality changes would be to have manual shifting settings per car, like iRacing settings per car.

A big Forza Horizon win for wheel users would have manual transmission settings be car dependent. Ex. a sequential car that only uses a clutch to get moving, not when shifting should work that way when the setting is on manual w/ clutch. @ForzaHorizon @WeArePlayground

I was going to call this dumb, but former NTSB board member John Goglia just texted me and told me to reply with this instead:

The issue raised in The Rehearsal is whether the authority gradient affects copilots' willingness to assert themselves at critical junctures and captains' willingness to hear copilots in those moments.

Neither the question nor the answer dealt with this well-recognized cockpit issue. Nor the NTSB's analysis of the issue of what was lacking in current training and its recommendation of role-playing to ameliorate this situation.
