@tomorr53@1chargingearbud@ChristiansSTDT Nah. It's with the promotion of cruelty for any reason that gives the world evil. "Free will" btw isn't biblical. It's just apologetics for inconsistencies in Christian morality. https://t.co/RPuq55DwXr
@IIIFriend@QuestionInfinit@forallcurious Not sure how you'd come to that conclusion logically but it's a fun way to personify natural processes, I guess. Nice to know some people still have the wonder and imagination of a child.
@tomorr53@1chargingearbud@ChristiansSTDT I guess you're missing the point that a loving god wouldn't create such a terrible system. But you don't believe in hell so it doesn't matter
@tomorr53@1chargingearbud@ChristiansSTDT I think a lot of Christians would consider you blasphemous considering they believe that Yahweh is omnipotent, omnibenevolent, and omniscient.
@iamAtheistGirl Good morning. It appears that 2 billion+ Christians on Earth still believe the other 6 billion will go to hell in God's perfect creation. Perfection can look pretty fucking weird, I guess.
6 billion people in your mind are bound for hell though. "Real" Christians are maybe 2 billion strong. That number likely won't change and the numbers don't lie. You think it's ok that 6 billion people will go to hell for rejecting or not knowing/caring that Jesus is the one true god? This sounds logical and just to you? God made this rule and decides that most of the humans in his perfect creation aren't allowed into heaven. In fact will be tortured for eternity. And the only point to our existence and suffering for most people is to exist in constant suffering forever? A couple of simple questions and it all falls apart. Isn't it more likely we all die and cease to exist? I am not conscious of where I was before birth and imagine it's the same when my life ends.
@tomorr53@1chargingearbud@ChristiansSTDT So if God knew that in fact what choices all these people would make by the end of their lives, he wouldn't create them? Or he does know and still creates them anyway? 6 billion people.
Probably under 2 billion. Leaving 6 BILLION people you believe God created knowing ahead of time BEFORE they existed that they'd choose a way of life that didn't include Jesus. unless you think God didn't know their fate. So why would God create the majority of people on a planet knowing they're hellbound? Give me a logical reason that I can understand. What would compel God to do such a thing?
@CBTucker3@___TheGOOdWitch Let me help you break it down. I imagine you think it's even fewer given some of the denominations different from yours, you determine false with its members bound for hell unknowingly as well, right?
You wake up to the ridiculousness that is an imaginary fantasy land of angels, demons, impossible tall tales, Jesus and Yahweh. Old archaic mythology meant to temper existential dread and control the behaviors of the masses in a lawless era. I do indeed deny your claim for the existence of anything supernatural, especially an invisible super being that's given humanity exactly zero evidence for his existence. I don't fear hell or a devil in the same way you don't fear your grandma might be the big bad wolf. The threats run hollow. And I can no more make myself believe in a god than you can make yourself believe Santa is real again as you did when you were just a gullible child.
@MichaelStalker_@___TheGOOdWitch I should've realized you're just a right wing racist fuckhead. Cruelty is the language of evil. And that's the side of politics you obviously stand with. Gotta block you. Bye.
