It would be the same problem we have with Federal Student Aid. Blank checks for medical providers, allowing them to charge as higher they want.

@FarmGirlCarrie Would be nice, but property tax is collected at the local level (state, county, etc.) The federal government has no power over this matter. You would need a constitutional amendment to allow the Feds to step in and end property taxes.

@deltaIV9250 100% due to decades old misinformation/propaganda by oil, gas, wind, and solar industries. The only downside is the cost, which is 80% related to regulatory red tape. Once the new reactor types are flushed out, cost will go down significantly. We're only a few years out from it.
