@LeShuttle_Help@LeShuttle Yep spoke to them and they said it’s up to shuttle as we obtained ours legitimately by being in the country over 90 days so I am getting sent between the two and all I want to know is are le shuttle accepting passports - that’s all
@LeShuttle can you confirm we can still use our eu issued pet passport because the guidance is confusing, we have had them 7 years and never had a problem before but lots of posts with conflicting information

@DPD_UKHelplin appalling. Two days in a row the driver tried to deliver to wrong place, my address is correct. Someone else’s door in the picture, no one to speak to because your automated BOT doesn’t put you through, can’t chat online either - should not be in business
