Week 1 is done and time for a check in.
So far I'm 8lbs down.
Diet is pretty straight forward. 2000 calories, 200 grams of protein and around 80 grams carbs. Always under on calories and protein, but I try to hit it. Add in a gallon of water to keep my hydrated.
Exercise is simple. Gym days I'm 30 minutes on treadmill. Then 45 to.60 on weight machines. I try to 10000 steps daily as well.
Better break down in the video.
Thanks for the support and encouragement.
Me on a residential service call? Ain't no way lol.
Nah my daughter's unit is low on charge. Leaking evaporator coil but ain't no body got time for that.

🔧 Follow Behind Friday 🔧
I love days like this.
Not because I'm trying to beat up on another technician. We've all missed things. We've all had rough days.
I love it because I love the challenge.
Some technicians have that dog in them. They HAVE to know what's wrong. They can't sleep until they figure it out. They dig into the wiring diagram, trace the circuit, verify the readings, and keep pushing until the equipment is fixed.
Others take the "ehh, good enough" approach.
The difference?
One technician sees a callback as a headache.
Another sees it as an opportunity.
Maybe that's why some techs keep growing while others stay exactly where they are year after year.
Agree or disagree?

Most people celebrate “throwing mud at the wall and seeing what sticks.”
But nobody talks about the mess left behind.
The real problem isn’t experimenting. It’s failing to clean up what didn’t work before it hardens into reputation, habits, debt, burnout, broken relationships, or bad business practices.
Every bad decision, rushed move, half-finished idea, or careless action leaves residue if you ignore it long enough.
Experiment. Take risks. Try things.
But own the cleanup too.
Because eventually, what didn’t stick starts to stain.
Let that sink in.
