This is disgraceful. Hochul has failed us
Not only did this individual donate to Hochul, but also donated to @pesachosina#AD23 residents deserve answers about who is funding our politicians and whether those relationships are influencing decisions that impact our communities
On August 10, I penned a letter to a number of city and state agencies requesting that a task force be assembled to review the programs provided to residents at a number of adult homes near Beach 116th Street. When numerous state agencies failed to respond, I decided to do a little digging into why.
After doing some research, it appears to me that it’s because they’re getting political donations from the people who run that system.
According to publicly available campaign contribution trackers, state officials from the governor down to the local level are raking in campaign donations from the very people who run these homes. One individual associated with the homes has given tens of thousands of dollars under his own name to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s campaign, and he’s also donated quite generously to a number of other state officials and candidates as well. Another, on top of his regular, hefty donations to various state-level politicians, also dropped a $125,000 donation to the NYS Democratic Committee earlier this year.
Are these special interests essentially buying influence at the state level, making a profit, and leaving the people of Rockaway on the hook to deal with their negligence?

Last night, John G. McLaughlin VFW Post 8540 celebrated Tony Romano’s 100th Birthday. United States Navy, WWII.
Happy Birthday Tony, God Bless you and your family. 🇺🇸
There is no such thing as "outmigration" (& even your computer's spellcheck acknowledges this fact).
Properly-educated, literate persons are familiar with the legitimate term:
"emigration".
Apparently one need be neither literate nor properly-educated to be in politics.
Good afternoon,
I feel it appropriate to respond to the comments made in @TheRockawayWave & on the Friends of Rockaway Beach Facebook page regarding my absence from last Saturday's Rockaway St Patrick's Day Parade. Most would not know but I was attending my eldest Son's wedding
In the past week, Albany Dems have doubled down on higher taxes and misguided policies that are pushing energy costs even higher
It’s time to restore common sense in Albany
Join my Ten for Tom campaign today, and your donation will be matched up to 12x.

Thank you @QueensCountyGOP for your unanimous endorsement
Together we’ll fight for families, small businesses, and our communities, and bring common sense back to Albany
Let’s get to work!
Hochul just promised Mamdani $1.5B & now he’s pushing for a 9.5% hike in property taxes
New Yorkers are already stretched thin. Raising property taxes won’t fix the affordability crisis, it’ll only make it worse
If Kathy Hochul is reelected she will keep her “Bail Out” promise
