There's absolute hysteria going on right now about Russia escalating the war on European NATO territory, originating from a variety of European leaders and politicians to random commentators on X.

Out of all times in the past four and a half years, Russia has the least incentive to escalate right now.

Ukraine is out of interceptors, and Russia's retaliatory campaign to Zelensky's "40 day special influence operation" has been decimating Ukrainian logistics and completely paralized merrytime shipping in the Black Sea.

Ukraine is about to face the harshest winter since the start of the conflict, because the country is completely broke and doesn't even have money to prepare for it, as admitted by Ukrainian officials.

All of this smells like a concerted psyop.

Prepare for a mass casualty false flag event on NATO soil.

Zelensky and his European handlers don't have anything else left in the arsenal. This is going to be the last all-in move to get NATO directly involved and/or force the EU to allocate some emergency cash to the Kiev regime.

1/ Lavrov's message was blunt: Russia is open to negotiations — but only within the framework Putin outlined in June 2024. Four new oblasts. Crimea. Denazification. No NATO. Demilitarization.

Not negotiable. Not a starting position. The position.

2/ General Apti Alaudinov, commander of the Akhmat forces, said it plainly: "We will be at war with Europe."

Johnson emphasizes: this is not bluster. Alaudinov is known for facts, not rhetoric. Russia is preparing for this scenario.

3/ Why? Because Europe is crossing red line after red line:
— Aegis Ashore systems in Poland and Romania (nuclear-capable)
— Merz openly discussing long-range strikes on Russia
— Sikorski bragging about destroying Russian refineries
— Denmark intercepting Russian ships in the Baltic

4/ Ryabkov told Johnson: "We have people to talk to in Washington now — but communications are not going through normal diplomatic channels."

Translation: the backchannel exists. It's just not working.

5/ On the 2022 negotiations: Lavrov confirmed there WAS a deal on the table in April 2022. Russia was ready to sign. Donbas would have stayed with Ukraine. Only guarantees for Russian speakers.

Boris Johnson, Biden, and Austin sabotaged it.

6/ Trump "damaged himself enormously at Anchorage," Lavrov said. He made commitments he didn't keep. Russia no longer treats American promises as binding.

7/ THE DIESEL CRISIS — THE BOMB NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT

On February 28, 2026, the US and Israel attacked Iran. The Strait of Hormuz closed. 20% of the world's high-sulfur crude — the kind that produces diesel and jet fuel — went offline.

8/ For 45 days, tankers already loaded kept the flow going. Then the SPR releases kicked in. By mid-August, the SPR ran dry. Now the shortage is global — and structural.

The East-West pipeline was knocked out. It won't restart for months. Maybe ever.

9/ The US imports 8-10% of its crude from the Persian Gulf. 70% of US refineries are built for high-sulfur crude — not the sweet WTI they produce domestically.

They cannot replace the lost supply. Not from Russia. Not from anywhere.

10/ Political consequence: diesel is up 80% in six months in some US regions. Republicans will be crushed in the midterms. Trump is blaming Zelensky. It won't work.
