No. Chris Baryomunsi may be the Health Minister, but that does not give him the right to visit a patient who does not want to see him.

Nor does he have the right to publicly comment on a patient’s health condition without that patient’s consent.

In his eagerness to serve his master, Baryomunsi seems willing to dispense with medical ethics, patient privacy and basic respect for others.

A minister is not above a patient’s rights.

The list of 736 state lawyers was delivered to Dr. @kizzabesigye1 yesterday at 6:00PM.
No CVs were attached.

Now, the court registrar says that since KB did not choose his own state lawyers, court has on his behalf appointed 3 lawyers to represent him and Hajji Lutale. The appointed lawyers are in court ready to proceed with the trial.

These are indeed interesting times😳
