The status still says being processed. I allowed the 10 days when i ordered but if it still hasn’t been dispatched then that is worrying. I can’t get through on phones please advise.

@NoodleD40194634 @clarins_uk I have the same issue, ordered on 6th and still ‘being processed’. If it wasn’t such a large organisation I would assume I’ve been scammed. I have never had such an uncomfortable purchase experience.

@British_Airways we’ve been at Lanzarote airport since 10am for 12.15 flight. Other airlines to Gatwick are running. Can we have more info on reasons for this delay please, we have 2 small children and €6 voucher does not get a drink&sandwich. Now told limited food on plane.

@TfLBusAlerts Work was due to finish on Friday 9th March at 5pm affecting Cheriton Avenue stops (J and C) amonst others in Cameron Road BR2 9BG but buses are still not running - Can we get an update as the bus divert signs on stops are now out of date. Thanks
