Rule 108(3) बोलता है की टैक्सपेयर अपील के 7 दिन के अंदर Appeal का APL 01 और Provisional Acknowledgement GST Appeal Authority के ऑफिस में देगा तो उसको फिर Appeal Authority Final Acknowledgment दे देगा Form APL 02 में

जबकि बहुत जगह Appeal Authority Prov Ack पर ही अपील No लिखकर ���े देते है और वो APL 02 इशू ही नहीं करते है, अब समझो कल को अपील अथॉरिटी का तबादला हो गया और नये ने APL 02 के बिना सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया तो अब टैक्सपेयर कहा जाएगा @cbic_india @nsitharamanoffc
