@PieterComm3724 2) Unfortunately, because it is a neurological condition, there's not much one can do, but if you do have children in the future, ensuring that they grow up in a good environment (home), being open about them when it comes to mental health issues might be able to help.
@PieterComm3724 1) Mental health has a variety causes, such as environmental issues, going through something traumatic or losing things or people who were dear to you, Genetics and so forth so I don't want to say a certain cause is the leading one cause everyone's story is different.
Anxiety among students keeps on increasing daily. The pressure of academics and life's daily challenges are just too overwhelming to handle. In our show we will talking about what anxiety is and how to cope with it in every day life... We are in this together🦋🌹
