Welcome to the O² for self-love and healthy living!
Why "O²" you may ask?
- "O" resembles the oxygen element on the periodic table, needless to say we need self-love and healthy living just as much as we need oxygen.
- The "O²" also resembles both obesity and overweight.
If you suffer from medical conditions which may render you immobile, such as seizures or other chronic illnesses. It is advised that you acquire a "medical bracelet", which is a very helpful device which has your personal information, as well as information on your illness .
What causes toxic masculinity is the need for some men to feel in charge. It becomes toxic when boys are taught to not express their emotions, because it makes them appear weak. Raising boys to believe they are superior than girls, causes dominance issues.
It results from a combination of causes and contributing factors such as family inheritance and influences, unhealthy diet, liquid calories, inactivity, certain diseases and medication, social and economic issues, age, lack of sleep, stress, pregnancy.
Health problems associated with obesity and overweight are pregnancy complications, cancer, stroke, heart problems, type 2 diabetes, fat liver as well as kidney problems... The list goes on. Be on the lookout!
Out with the old and in with the new!
Let's start our new self-love and healthy living journey together, taking it day by day and step by step.
I challenge YOU to drink 6 glasses of water today. And keep me updated😉
Next time before you share content of a cat/dog/lion/elephant/squirrel... etc. Think about how popularity will influence their lives.
Does the animal get forced or abused into posing and doing a trick... OR is it a cry for help, to raise awareness.
@MalungaCOMM3724 People tend to Google healthy meals in stead of going to a Dietitian. Although there are pretty healthy meal ideas on the internet, a Dietitian is more "qualified" than the internet - they ask you questions about your diet etc. and they help you to identify where you should start
@MalungaCOMM3724 It is about being vulnerable with yourself. Getting to know every inch of your body, how it looks like and how you would like it to look like. Sometimes we do not say aloud what we want/ might want to change about ourselves, and we make mental notes about it.
