@GNRailUK people have been trying to get from Hitchin to london since 9am and the 13.11 from Hitchin to london has been delayed and waiting yet again for a relief driver - please get on with it!!!!!! Ridiculous service - connection at Paddington and a costly ticket!!!’ COME ON!!!
