NASA HAS RELEASED OVER 12,000 IMAGES OF THE ARTEMIS II MISSION.
Unbelievable perspectives captured by the Crew! The aurora on the eclipse is incredible.

Usually the beginner stuff starts more software and compositing concept focused, but as you progress through the levels into intemediate projects, it becomes about how to apply those base concepts into different creative scenarios.
A.I Generating some background rock assets with Comfy. Left is default, right is after a quick re-paint / texture in Substance to help it blend into my lava photogrammetry environment scans.
Mainly painting it up with photography I took of the real volcano, and some other techniques.
Messy topology quality doesn't matter much because it's DMP or proxy mesh workflows, but it does save some time for quick silhouttes and shapes.
More R&D for the current project. The Hue Fizzler takes a rainbow ID pass and slices it into discrete color bands using hue quantization - pick how many segments you want, and you've got that many independent ranges to target in your ID pass.
Noise runs through each segment, and segments can be killed off independently, which lets the mask break apart in a flickery manner instead of fading uniformly.
In other words, it makes your mask fizzle out in interesting ways. Useful for sparks, plasma explosions, etc etc.
