One of the most influential Catholic NT scholars, Raymond E. Brown, notes that most scholars do not regard the Gospel authors as eyewitnesses of Jesus’ ministry. Instead, the evangelists used inherited Jesus traditions and shaped them to address the theological needs of their communities. As Brown puts it, “The Gospels are not literal records of the ministry of Jesus.”
@Stauntan@ZombieScroller@KerrDepression@IjazTheTrini@abduallah_amin “nobody is saying there are no asharis who do that”
They said:
“Do Ashari apologetics folks EVEN EXIST?”
And the other one said:
“Ashari Islamic apologetics is practically NON-EXISTENT!
It's ONLY Salafis/Atharis who are in forefront”
Don’t tell me this is a language of justice.
@Stauntan@ZombieScroller@KerrDepression@IjazTheTrini@abduallah_amin Biggest account specifically dedicated to proofs of Islam. If you know a bigger account that is also focused on that then mention it here and I’ll retract. Otherwise my claim is simply true from observation.
The original tweet says “do they even exist?” which is a stronger claim.
I’ve read this entire thread including the Arabic quotations and I simply don’t think these are insults, they are strong proclamations of disagreement that you are free to investigate and then agree or disagree with them but you can’t strip the man of his right to voice a belief.

Christians are denouncing Christianity and embracing Islam in large numbers.
This comes after @korrathetaymi’s 20-vs-1 debate, where she debated 20 Christians, including @GodLogic_GL’s wife, Lady Logic.
Christians, what do you think?
@GodLogic_GL@InspiringPhilos let's expose another one of the fakes, too.
very easily done
their same screen name is used on Instagram/Threads, posting and commenting Christian content; this links the same Digital Marketing account "Free Fire", the big FF in the picture that you shared.
another liar
@GodLogic_GL@InspiringPhilos Definitely.. the only one who apostated, the person named Joshua Mahalu that speaks Hindi and records gameplay of offbrand battle royale mobile games was definitely a Musim.
@Saf78687@ZouhairsMurid@ul_price@BroHajji@muslimorthodoxy@abdul_now Do you guys even listen to yourself saying stuff like this?
Do you have no mercy in your heart?
Didn’t the prophet (peace be upon him) say that the Ummah is one body, if one part is in pain we are all at pain?
You see a brother dying and go “no begging for money!”??
Come on!!

@paralax777 What do you mean, some of the best ones I’ve seen are Ashari/Maturidi, for example:
Ali ataie (Ashari)
@KerrDepression (Maturidi)
@IjazTheTrini (Maturidi)
And many others. They aren’t the MOST popular but still amongst the best.
That today's Torah was clearly not written by Moses has been known even to Rabbis (e.g., Ibn Ezra) for centuries. The text contains obvious issues, such as anachronisms.
“All this makes it clearer than the noonday sun that the Pentateuch was written not by Moses...” —Spinoza
