@sh1ro_tenshi Surely it’s not lifting the weight though? The discomfort with the natural body is still there. Would it not be better to try and fix the mind to match the body rather than fix the body to match the mind? That seems far less destructive to me.
@sh1ro_tenshi As much as I’m a right wing bigot, I’m also a complete hippie. I think everyone has an innate beauty in being all shapes and sizes. It makes me sad to think about people who don’t see themselves when they look in the mirror. It really must be a horrific feeling.
@sh1ro_tenshi I try to be consistent at the very least haha. I think affirming any dysphoria big or small, especially from a doctor to be a bad thing. People should find ways to be comfortable in the bodies they’re in.
