@edinhelp @PSOSEdinburgh More than a week without a response. Meantime unmarked cars displaying police signs continue to ignore parking restrictions for hours/days on end without penalty while other vehicles are ticketed. This one outside 71 Constitution St has been there since yesterday.

@edinhelp This car has been hogging a spot in a loading-only bay outside 66 Constitution St #Leith since Sat morning. It’s evidently not an emergency vehicle as it hasn’t moved. Why hasn’t it been ticketed like the residents’ cars who parked there the other week? @PSOSEdinburgh
