It’s widely accepted that QUB has been and continues to be a cold house for Protestants and Unionists.

Some relate to terror and it’s glorification, others do not but all these factors contribute differently to the ‘cold house’ factor...
@BelTel Nationalists at QUB attempt to impose divisive territory marking ‘Irish Language’ signage, despite it being blocked on equality grounds several times (2025).
The Irish language is already the most supported cultural identity at QUB be a considerable distance.

@BelTel QUB gives clear support to the openly Nationalist GAA.
The All-Ireland cup is named in memory of Sam Maguire, a man implicated in the murder of Sir Henry Wilson; an honorary Graduate of Queen’s University.
We’d like to send a huge congratulations to the Queen’s graduates and alumni that won the All-Ireland Senior Football Final yesterday as part of the @Armagh_GAA team 🏆
Kieran McGeeney, Paddy Burns, Peter McGrane, Tiernan Kelly, Ben Crealey, Joe McIlroy, Rory Grugan, Andrew Murnin, Conor Turbitt, Greg McCabe, Ciaran Higgins, Conor O’Neill, Callum O’Neill, Tomas McCormack, Ciaran O’Hanlon, Ciaran McKeever, Denis Hollywood and Hugh Campbell - you’ve done us all proud 👏

What will the consequence be for a student who refers to a biological man, who identifies in an alternative way, as a man?
Will they be fined? Will they be barred from campus? Will they be academically penalised?
Astonishing.
QUB is continuing down a road of division and polarisation, to the great expense of those students and staff who don’t succumb to groupthink.
This cannot and should not go unchallenged.
If Universities are to hold any value in our Society they must be a marketplace of ideas (within reason) and they must develop critical thinking within their students.
QUB should be teaching its students how to think NOT what to think.
@LesRallizes77 @JamieBrysonCPNI I love how the irony of you calling someone ignorant and a planter is lost on you. I’ll let you into a secret, we’re all planters 😉
40 years ago today, Edgar Graham was murdered at QUB because of his intellect and Unionist politics.
Sadly, some continue to justify this ghastly and horrific murder.
@Bt7Resident @AnnaGra65143872 It’s you who is appropriating. You’ve clearly no interest in innocent victims of terrorism and will simply use the hurt of others to lambast Unionist students. We will continue to ignore you.
A majority of people still believe that the Protocol is having a negative impact on stability in Northern Ireland, according to a poll for Queen's University
