To all teenagers and adolescents. Sex is a beautiful thing, very pleasant and pleasurable. It is fun and exciting, but it can also become very addictive.

When you are ready and feel you are losing control of your body, always seek consent and use a condom.

A slight headache and people immediately start taking malaria drugs without even getting tested. Constantly using these medications unnecessarily van make your body less responsive to treatment when you actually have malaria or typhoid.

most of you go into relationships without knowing your status. You still refuse to use condoms in those relationships. Trust no one, STIs and HIV are not written on anyone’s forehead.

It is really normal:

-for teens to think about s ex a lot
-watch porn
-be curious and even masturbate a lot
-for those feelings not to be very strong at all
-for them to get over the arrogance,naughty, sassy and disrespectful phase.

Adolescents develop at different times and so a young person’s interest in s ex is a really individual thing.

About 90% of people use condoms mainly to prevent pregnancy, without even considering their partner’s STI or HIV status.

I have said this before….

When you move your fingers from one orifice to another, you can also move bodily fluids and bacteria, causing some infections.

This is why it is good to wear a finger condom for protection when you are using fingers during sexual activity.
