Army/cop confessions

I'm a cop on the week days and a soldier on the weekend. My observations of the world may not be right or popular, but they are honest. Opinions are my own.

@brittanyxo194 Don't you hate it when stupid happens at the beginning of your shift? It's like people like me have some coffee first, geez!

[Army] getting tired of socially inept and condescending leaders doing a shit job leading troops.

Got paper 2day for the dumbest shit ever. I had 2 resist the urge 2 write "avoid Sgt fuckhead" on the how to prevent this in the future line

[Army/cop confessions @ConfessionsLEO]

Me: hey sarge, I'd like to request a day off.
Sgt: Do you think you've earned that?
I never know what to say to that that won't get me paper

New Years resolutions:
1. Don't have policy or case law with my name on it.
2. Stay off YouTube.
3. Avoid the Captains office.

If you drink and drive tonight, I will be hunting, I will find you, and you will have to hire an over-priced attorney. #NYEpatrol

"They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership." -Colin Powell

"Leadership is solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them...."

[TBLL @tbl_leadership]

TBL LEADERS: Positive squad culture = clear expectations + consistent recognition + valuing what your officers do.
