@lion_india@nileshgr@beastoftraal@myspinny There are 10 challans across multiple courts. Should I leave my job & family and keep going around to all courts to get challans quashed, while @myspinny - who has signed a legal agreement undertaking all responsibility sits and does not even respond?
@rahulkshetry@beastoftraal@myspinny Which police should I report it to? Have challans from Delhi, Haryana, multiple cities in UP.
Typically a lot of issues pertaining to jurisdiction come up when filing an FIR.
Also, Spinny is legally bound to address these issues and I will hold them accountable for it.
@SamarthNagpal26@beastoftraal I spoke to someone who worked at one of these companies. He said more than a quarter of the cars they buy end up in cases such as these.
@akashkrishna@beastoftraal@myspinny They tell you the most random things over the phone, and do not respond to anything in writing. Made absolutely nonsensical claims to me. Bad faith actors really.
@kalapian_ @beastoftraal@myspinny As per the fineprint, @myspinny is responsible for anything that happens before RC transfer to the buyer they arrange. They are responsible for getting the RC transfer done.
Have you all seen @myspinny's latest campaign? “Buying a car is a picnic. God promise,” featuring @sachin_rt strolling among cars with sunflowers, set to the dreamy tunes of Parekh & Singh? Beautifully done—credit where it’s due. The marketing team nailed the messaging.
@myspinny@sachin_rt@GhaziabadRto 8 of these are tagged to my driving license, since the RC transfer was never completed. I’ve received calls from the @dtptraffic & @Noidatraffic about the car being parked in no-parking zones. I don’t know who’s driving the car now—I can only hope @myspinny does.
