1. It was agreed to send a letter to the Chief Justice of India regarding vote chori and the stealing of elections. The letter will be delivered very soon.

2. It was unanimously agreed to demand the immediate resignation of the Education Minister.

3. The Union Government should immediately call an all-party meeting to discuss the current precarious economic situation, unemployment, price rise, farmers' issues, atrocities, and other people-centric issues.

4. It was agreed that all of us should meet every two months. The next meeting will be held in Hyderabad.

5. Parliamentary coordination will continue during the Monsoon Session, with daily morning meetings in the office of the Hon'ble Leader of the Opposition.

Twelve years have passed since the enactment of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. Yet, several commitments and statutory obligations made to the people of Andhra Pradesh remain unfulfilled.

The people of Andhra Pradesh are still waiting for:
1) Special Category Status
2) Full funding and completion of the Polavaram Project
3) Kadapa Steel Plant
4) Industrial Corridors and Infrastructure Projects
5) Educational and Medical Institutions promised under the Act
6) Employment opportunities through central projects and investments
7) Release of all funds and implementation of all assurances promised during bifurcation
The people of Andhra Pradesh deserve transparency and accountability regarding every commitment made by Parliament.

I urge the Government of India to release a White Paper on the implementation status of all funds, projects, institutions, appointments, and rights due to Andhra Pradesh under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014.

The people of Andhra Pradesh are not asking for favors—they are demanding what is rightfully theirs.

Fulfil the promises. Deliver justice. Protect the rights of Andhra Pradesh.

CBSE called for OSM tenders thrice. Zero bids the first time. No qualified bidder the second time. And finally, the technical bar was lowered until COEMPT could clear it.

Scanning resolution cut. Robotic scanner requirement dropped. CMMI certification lowered from Level 5 to Level 3. Penalties for errors in answer sheets removed.

TCS, India’s biggest IT services company, qualified in the third round too. TCS lost. COEMPT - a company with a spectacular track record of failure - won.

And what are CBSE students complaining about today? Badly scanned answer sheets. Missing pages. A broken evaluation portal.

Teachers had warned CBSE that the OSM system needed at least a year or two for further preparation before nationwide implementation, yet it was rushed through.

So I ask again - who wanted COEMPT to win? Who lowered the bar, step by step, until this company could clear it?

Pradhan ji and CBSE say “due process was followed.” That is not an answer, that is not accountability. The question is whether the contract was honestly awarded to the best company which could do the job correctly.

The futures of 18.5 lakh children were handed to a company that could only qualify after the rules were bent for it.

To the BJP Ministers attacking me for asking questions - I have, from day one, demanded an independent judicial probe. Expand it from CBSE to every contract awarded to COEMPT. Our youth deserve the truth.

And Modi ji, your silence on the CBSE debacle and inaction against the Education Minister tells the country what you actually care about - not the futures of lakhs of students, only the survival of your own government.

NEET के बाद अब CBSE बोर्ड की परीक्षाएं भी सवालों के घेरे में हैं।

• छात्रा ने बताया- पूरा आंसर लिखने के बाद भी उसे 0 नंबर मिले
• छात्रों को जो आंसर शीट मिली, उसमें उन्हें बहुत खामियां मिली
• छात्रों को अच्छे नंबर की उम्मीद थी, पर पूरा रिजल्ट ख़राब हो गया

जब छात्रों ने ऑन स्क्रीन मार्किंग (OSM) पर सवाल खड़े किए तो CBSE ने पहले गलती मानने से इंकार किया और फिर लीपापोती शुरू कर दी।

CBSE के पोर्टल में गड़बड़ियां थीं, लेकिन उस पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया गया। ये छात्रों के साथ धोखा है, उनके भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ है, जिसके लिए कोई माफी नहीं है।

पहले NEET का पेपर लीक हो गया, परीक्षा रद्द हो गई और अब CBSE बोर्ड के छात्रों के साथ अन्याय हो रहा है, लेकिन शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान अब तक पद पर बने हुए हैं, जिसका उन्हें कोई अधिकार नहीं है।

धर्मेंद्र प्रधान को इस्तीफा देना होगा।

Today, I went to Lok Bhavan and, in the absence of the Governor, handed over my resignation letter from the post of Chief Minister to the Governor’s Special Secretary.

As someone who was born and brought up in a small village, I had never imagined that one day I would become an MLA, a Minister, the Leader of the Opposition, and serve twice as the Chief Minister of Karnataka. A dream this big became possible only because of the Constitution written by Babasaheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

Buddha, Basavanna, Babasaheb Ambedkar, and Mahatma Gandhi have always shown me the path. Through my forty-eight years in public life, I have always tried to stand with honesty beside the poor, the oppressed, the neglected, and those who were denied opportunities in society. That is the greatest satisfaction of my life.

I will forever remain grateful to the party legislators who trusted me and chose me to lead, to my cabinet colleagues who walked with me through every challenge, and to Smt. Sonia Gandhi, Shri Rahul Gandhi, and AICC President Shri Mallikarjun Kharge for believing in me and giving me this responsibility.

But above all, I bow my head before the people of Karnataka, the lakhs of affectionate hearts who treated me as one among their own, blessed me, encouraged me, corrected me, stood by me in difficult times, and held my hand throughout this long journey. Whatever I am today is because of you.

The Constitution is my religion, and the people are my God. My resignation is only from the Chief Minister’s post, not from public life or from my commitment to the people.

Till my last breath, I will continue to fight for social justice and stand against divisive communal forces that go against the spirit of our Constitution.
