Our food pantry is open today providing pre-packed boxes of food to anyone experiencing food insecurity-no documentation or sign up. To limit face-to-face interactions & promote social distancing, drive up outside pantry. Tues– Fri, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. https://t.co/hx3iRDHeIt
Please share this information with everyone you know. You might not always realize who is struggling with food insecurity, and with the situation at hand, there will be even more people needing help.
We are here to help everyone. (4/5)
Our team has been working diligently responding to COVID-19. Our decentralized food redistribution systems are built for emergencies and we take solace in the fact that people in these communities are going to take care of each other. To give support: https://t.co/0YHdVIr3RO
Like all of you, we're grappling with profound anxiety about the impact that this statewide shutdown will have, on our organization, individual artists, and the arts economy. The @cbca compiled a list of ways to support the arts and artists right now.

- Inform & educate about #COVID19 as a #PublicHealthNurse
- Practicing physical distancing (socializing virtually/by phone instead!)
- Taking measures to be mentally well to play my part as this crisis continues
@ConnectColorado 1st: Solid interest rates so foundations can write more and better grants
2nd: Ability to host galas & fundraisers without worry of social distancing / participant caps (although "no-show" C19 gala could be a hit)
3rd: workers and businesses earning revenue, thus able to donate
I am #DoingMyPartCO with help from the Douglas Co library. Made it in today right before they closed down for the foreseeable future and found some fantastic movies on the “lucky day” shelf! #DontBeASpreader@DCLcolorado
Tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions for a 76- and 78-year old couple that live in my county (we've never met - I had posted an offer on @Nextdoor). I'm excited to meet them & not just because they asked, "do you drink wine?" #DoingMyPartCO
Enjoying a Colorado craft beer (@nibrewing in a @LoneTreeBrewing glass) on my patio while dinner is in the oven. Social distancing can still support Colorado business. #DoingMyPartCO
#DoingMyPartCO Saw an elderly woman at Target today pushing a walker with coupons in hand. Purchased her groceries for her & she started to cry. ‘‘Tis better to give than to receive !
As a former homeschooler, I understand some of the needs of students and families as they face this challenging time. There are a lot of great platforms out there. I know that @IXLLearning (Math) and @FirstInMath both have a competitive component that motivate students!
Did you know? There are people with disabilities who live independently in #Colorado who may need your help? Don't get this close! But remember: Sometimes their parents and family are not nearby and can't be because they could get exposed! Be a great neighbor!
