Can you pronounce Worcestershire?
I did enjoy my exchange with @AngelaRayner in the @HouseofCommons yesterday, but don't think I'll be saying 'I love you' any time soon!
The women of Piddington, a village of just 350 people where the British government plans to put 1,250-3,500 undocumented men have released a video begging female MPs to speak out for them in Parliament.
106 Miles, 6 Days, 58 canoers, countless flood stories! A personal campaign for me as a flooded person, we pulled it off! Government needs to listen @DefraGovUK@EnvAgency@andyburnham
Will I regret posting this?
No filter, no checks, no edits.
Just what it’s been like.
And how shit it is….
Maybe; but I have nothing to hide or defend or embellish.
What an absolute tragedy.
The worst of humanity….
My new normal 😔 💔

This is coming from an abattoir in Withybush Wales of course its a Halal one, the rivers evidently is blood red and chemically smelling ammonia etc, one man had said the river used to be full of Trout and Mackrel for fishing now its just poisoned every fish . Environmental health hopefully are onto it .
Our beautiful country is being destroyed by people coming here trying to make it into what they came from and this has to be stopped!
Restore Britain
Moroccan Migrants Abuse Helpless Dolphin And Laugh About It.
Disturbing footage from Ceuta shows a baby dolphin being killed after being pulled from the water by a crowd.
A local boy tried to stop them, but the tragedy continues to spark global outrage.
🚨HUGE: For the first time, @TalkTV have obtained footage of the French authorities taking the people smugglers back to shore.
This is more DAMNING evidence that the French are *directly* facilitating illegal migration to the UK.
This is digraceful.
Dame Emily Thornberry MP says victims of rape and domestic abuse are being failed
yet recorded no vote on releasing prisoners early.
Now Labour expects Piddington with a population 350. to absorb 1,250 unvetted single adult male asylum seekers.
They can’t even verify their age!
10 men to 1 woman!
Safeguarding for some?
Risk totally acceptable for Piddington??!!
Why don’t Labour backbench women make the career ending statement that this is unacceptable??

7yrs ago today a Young TVP Traffic Officer with his whole life ahead of him was about to book off duty but took a late call to a burglary where he was killed & never returned home to his new Bride & that future! PC Andrew Harper; Always Remembered & Never Forgotten! RIP Brother😞
PRIME MINISTER ANDY BURNHAM — COME TO PIDDINGTON. @andyburnham
See what Whitehall sees only on a map.
A village of 350 people.
46 children.
No shop.
No pub.
No substantial infrastructure.
Drive the fast rural roads — stretches with no pavement and no safe pedestrian route to the nearest town, six miles away.
Now consider the proposal: accommodation for up to 1,250 male asylum seekers on the edge of our village. More than three times our entire population.
Explain to our 46 children and their families how a development of this scale will work safely.
Tell us where the infrastructure is.
Tell us what the policing plan is — because when we asked, none was provided.
Cherwell District Council has stated there was no prior engagement or consultation before the announcement. Explain why.
You have spoken about giving places outside Westminster a voice. Ours is clear.
96% of those voting supported a referendum on our future.
We are not asking you to read another letter. We are asking you to come here.
Walk the village.
Meet the residents.
See the roads.
Answer the questions.
Do not make decisions about Piddington from Whitehall.
350 people.
46 children.
One village that refuses to be ignored.
We are Piddington.
THE VILLAGE THAT ROARED.

It’s beyond terrifying that you can dedicate your life to public service, reach 78 and be bludgeoned to death, hit in the head with a hammer 21 times in your own home, with the police caught desperately trying to downplay it, yet the story lasts less than two weeks in the news cycle because she had the wrong political views.
Ann Widdecombe deserved better. The establishment is truly evil.
My daughter Belle is known on X for her paintings of Jesus.
Today she has finished her oil painting of Anne Widdecombe.
I thought I’d share how remarkable and beautiful it is ❤️
🚨 PIDDINGTON UPDATE — 4 AUGUST 🚨
I’m Tim McNally, Chair of Piddington Parish Council.
The sun is rising over our village… but a storm is building.
It has been 14 days since we sent our open letter to the Prime Minister, Andy Burnham.
14 days of silence.
No response. No engagement. No dialogue.
Meanwhile, our concerns have been reported across national media — yet still, nothing from Government.
Tonight, Piddington meets again.
We will decide whether to escalate our campaign and move toward a village referendum on our future and self-determination in response to the proposed changes affecting us.
This is not a step we take lightly.
Piddington is a village with deep roots — stretching back to the Domesday Book. We have always believed in local voice, local identity, and local democracy.
But right now, many here feel unheard.
Families are anxious. Questions are growing. And trust is being tested.
This is bigger than one village.
It’s about whether communities like ours still matter when decisions are made.
Tonight, we choose our next step.
If we proceed, our campaign will continue — peacefully, lawfully, and publicly — until we are heard.
We are also opening our fundraising campaign today. We held back for as long as we could, hoping for dialogue.
Now we need support to continue.
If you believe local voices should be heard:
