A better OpEx savings strategy is do a 2 for 1 deal to get to 10%. I'd much rather have 5 invested FTEs than 10 hourly folks, but it also depends which division. Labor vs software development are very different contexts. I'm speaking to the latter.

@michaelbolton Or...given the humans need to cling to frameworks like SAFe, which is anything but, I propose we sell one of our own, which mandates the firing of managers who don't perform ALL the steps in the framework. One set of steps can be around the enhancement of skillcraft....
