We've managed to jump on an Elizabeth line service back to Reading as far as I know but it's taken us nearly an hour to get from Tilehurst to Reading now and I've missed a reservation in town. All staff at Twyford were great and train driver (Martina Hopkins) was very apologetic

Hey, I was on the 17:58 out of Tilehurst to Reading. Took ages to get in. Then after connecting two trains, you didn't open the doors at Reading on the back train, and went straight to Twyford, so now there's 20 of us stuck at Twyford trying to get back to Reading.

@acjohanson @danarchitects @bands That's true, but I'm sure if you prove no money passed hands physically or digitally while in the venue, some venues would think twice before trying to get any money out of you at least, it would open them up to legal trouble if they had no grounds to take it

@danarchitects @bands I'm legitimately of the opinion that a band should try a 'click and collect' model, you buy the merch on their website before a tour, tell them what gig you're going to, you get a code and pick it up at the merch stall. I'd like to see a venue argue with that.

@robotinthewoods @Komaniecki_R Realistically, no, it would just be 5/4, you could make it sound like a theoretical 5/5 by going from 4/4 at say 120 to 5/4 at 150, your bars would stay constant in length but have 5 notes in the space of 4, that's about the best you could do
