Today we’re launching Caddy to public beta.
We think AI should work just like a caddy: it carries your heavy shit, gives advice, and take work off your plate so that you can focus on what matters.
It lives in your iMessage and helps you stay on top of work and life without opening another app.
Give it a try.
we've gotten so much feedback the past few days. some use cases that have been getting love
- tons of research, from looking into job opportunities to planning dinners
- finally getting to inbox 0
- nfl offseason news
- expenses on autopilot
- prep for sales calls
love it
Some of my favorite things users have been doing:
Voice memo → actual work. Brain dump a voice memo walking between meetings and turn it into Linear tickets, notion docs, emails, and more.
Dropped threads. Ask Caddy to send you a list of any important emails you forgot to follow up on.
Inbox cleanup. Have Caddy filter through the endless inbound you get to auto-archive nonsense, label emails, or auto-draft responses when it can.

A little more on how it works
When something important comes in across your email, calendar, slack, etc. it texts you the gist and how it can help.
Just reply and Caddy takes care of it.
so less is more, but sometimes more is more too so we added a bunch this past week:
- totally revamped experience creating recurring agents
- have caddy run an action based on what's on your calendar (e.g. 30min before every call do X/Y/Z)
- chat experience is more delightful
well.... cutting half of our product was definitely the right move, but now we're addicted and we can't stop chopping shit. switched to swift and cut our app size down 97%.
