I'd be fairly confident the unsexy speed work, small sided games etc contributed a lot more to their performance that year than this short clip of them boxing.

Could be coaching or could be the fact that he's probably just more athletically gifted than 99% of GAA players, hence the reason he was cherry picked to play AFL.
Not an original point and an obvious one, but the difference in how AFL coach fielding is unreal. Timing is perfect, never caught standing under the ball, always protect themselves.
