@Dominos_UK Was offered a refund or credit but very aggressively but regardless the order would not be fulfilled. Hence why we ordered KFC (which arrived 12 minutes after ordering).

We took the refund, the food then suddenly arrived, half of it was warm and half cold and incorrect.

@Dominos_UK Call 3 - a little more frustrated, as I was put on hold for 4 and a half minutes, then for another member of staff to answer saying that Dan (the ‘Manager’ didn’t want to speak to me. Which Is laughable as I was very pleasant.

Call 1 - just seeing what is happening 81 mins after order, not to bad!
Call 2 - checking in to see what is happening, if we are actually getting the pizza or not - 121 mins after order

@Dominos_UK Here is the message if you want it. Pizza arrived 2 an half hours late, after 3 phone calls and a tweet! It arrived after we were told we were getting a refund and our order wasn’t coming. So spent more money on a different order and now feel really wasteful! Which is not great.
