If the Vegas Golden Knights lose tonight, don’t blame the team.
Don’t blame the refs.
Blame the coach that saw a goaltender fall apart in Carter Hart and have FOUR GOALS AGAINST for FOUR GAMES and refused to make a change.
Who played with the lines for no reason just “because.”
A coach who was never staying in Vegas to start with.
A coach with zero accountability after the season is over.
A man who doesn’t need to face his players at training camp, or the fans at the local grocery store after the season is over.
Blame that man. Not the players. Not the refs. Not the “dirty” play you thought you saw from the Hurricanes.
Colorado really got swept by this Vegas team, and Carolina played one opponent all postseason with a 100 point season. What a joke they are going to win it all.
All that said though, they still obviously deserve their flowers. Felt inevitable in this Brind’Amour era
We are giving this @HannaGolfCo putter away.

Golden age of hockey is back.
I'm hearing it a lot, but I don't see a chance Marner wins Conn Smythe if Vegas loses. I don't think he's had a playoffs like McDavid in 24' or JSG in 03'.
It'll go to a Canes player.
Couldn't agree more. We'll win this series on the court (even if the refs refuse to call a flagrant on Wemby), not by targeting, harassing, or attacking Spurs fans.
Knicks in 5.
Anderson did lean out a bit, and contact was outside the crease. But when the player crossing in front of him with 0 effort to not hit Freddy was more than enough
it doesn't matter what Mitch Marner does. he ran away from the pressure after being offered the biggest contract in franchise history.
he couldn't do it for the team he cared about, so he ran away to a fake team with no pressure and an easy path. no one knows his name there.
Team wasn't good enough in front of him post olyimpic break. It's a shame because he really was the best goaltender for the first 60%-70% of the season.
@IslesDen I was taking it as who you'd draft at 18 not their ages right now.
You make a good point about Hutson, but I just have always loved Dahlin's game.
If these were the choices:
— Lane Hutson
— Rasmus Dahlin
— Moritz Seider
— Jake Sanderson
— Matthew Schaefer
Which defensemen would you build around for the next 5 years?
