What I would do if I was experiencing chest pains or irregular heart beats

Assuming money is no issue

Ask cardiologist for the following:

1) Echocardiogram
2) MRI
3) Holter Monitor if palpitations persist
4) CCTA

Bloodwork:

-CMP
-Metabolic Panel
-Cardio IQ® Lipoprotein Fractionation, Ion Mobility
-ApoB
-Lp(a)
-HS CRP
-ESR
-Ck MB
-NT Pro MB
-Hs troponin T
-Hs troponin i
-Hba1c
-Fasting Insulin

I'd also monitor bp twice daily & wear a watch to track heart rate

If BP was high, I'd ask my doctor about getting on an ARB and low dose tadalafil

If RHR was high, I'd ask my doctor about getting on Nebivolol

I'd also supplement with:

-400mg ubiquinol daily
-2g EPA daily
-Carditone
-100mg natokinase
-1 gram elemental magnesium daily
-nigella sativa oil

And of course:

1. Daily fasted cardio
2. Couple post-meal walks
3. Obtain 12% bodyfat
4. Adhere to a strict diet, rich in micronutrients & protein and optimized for my genetics and digestibility
