Helping Business Owners & Leaders achieve their ambitions & reclaim valuable time by delivering efficient business systems. Simplicity beats Complexity
@AlanBiggs1@gageykev Exactly this for me. Virtually all were delighted with appointment of Slav. For him to be out of the door so soon without being properly backed was crazy. Feel for Hecky but he looks out of his depth. Time for change - dugout and boardroom.
@ThePinchNews Great read, agree with almost everything. We had a chance to reset when we appointed Slav, but he needed backing in the right way and early. PA didnโt. Heckys done OK, but looks lost. We kick off matches with little intent other than to hang on. Time for a change.

@thejustinwelsh@vladcee Lots of solopreneurs fail because they think that diary view is the start point. Itโs not. Itโs the evolution of a front loaded build strategy that wonโt deliver overnight. Double down up front to enable the benefit later

@Pam_Rubin1 Totally agree. The wrinkle comes where people mistake simple for easy. Sometimes it is. Much of the time it isnโt, which is when perception shifts to complexity.
Time spent simplifying is a truly valuable investment.
We live in a time where opportunities are abundant. Every corner you turn has a shiny new thing to chase after.
Your biggest opportunity? Maintaining your focus in search of the goals you set for yourself.
Get good at saying no. Your Yes's will taste that much sweeter
You don't need a retreat, a fancy office or the perfect conditions. You need focus.
Get good at doing what you need to do, when you need to do it. Wherever you are.
I see people posting every day about being consistent. I get it, its great to be consistent. But it isn't consistency alone that will help you succeed.
If your posting great quality, valuable content, thats great. But if you're not....
