@DollarCars Picked up a weekly rental last night at PVD and got 30 miles down the dark rainy road when it became obvious the last person to rent was a smoker. I guess I could take it back today but it would be 70 miles each way. What's a poor boy to do? @Hertz

@FlyFrontier just stepped up and offered full credit for a flight I had to cancel due to #coronavirus. That is consumer focus and is appreciated.

Thanks so much to @delta for considerations of flight cancellations due to #coronavirusus. Wasn't extended the same options by @FlyFrontier. Times like these is when true consumer advocacy is shown. Also a shout out to @IHGService @IHG and @Staybridge who have been fantastic.
