Poor customer service from @amazonIN . Even after delivering damaged product they do not bother to help, neither through call nor chat. Even they do not reply to your mails!!

The delivery agent came to me on 2-Oct to deliver the order. But my old mobile was not eligible for exchange. I requested to cancelled the order and agent agreed for the same. But my order not cancelled yet. I have already paid som amount.
