Customer care drops the call and app shows error while booking.And now you don't allow transit to reach Australia

@AusHCIndia @airindiain If the High Commission has no control over the tickets, then how is Australia playing it’s part of helping its residents and citizens? Shouldn’t this be Australia’s responsibility to help its own people rather than depending on just Air India to fly it’s people?
