I just want to say thank YOU.
Seeing recognition like this still seems surreal. It feels like yesterday I was saying yes to speak for a cup of coffee...

Sean McVay says the real separator in leadership is how you handle the storms
“I think the separator for the coaches and the leaders that I admire the most, because when things are good, it’s really like, how do we stay humble in the midst of that? How do we continue to be able to work and trust the things that we’re doing, but stay humble in the midst of that journey?”
“But when you have adversity, when there’s storms, I think it’s so important that whether it’s you guys or players, they can look and they can be like, ‘I believe we can get out of this. I believe this is temporary because I believe that people that are in leadership positions have a vision, have a plan, that there’s an authenticity, there’s a capacity, there’s character and there’s a connection that are behind those things, and this too shall pass.’”
“But when you’re in those storms, if you’re looking around and you don’t have anybody where it’s like, ‘Man, woe is me. We’re never going to get out of it,’ that’s why I respect and admire when I watch leaders, whether that’s players, coaches, or just leaders in any other space, I want to see how you’re handling the tough times.”
“Because that’s when I’ve been at my worst, and I don’t want to be that again. And that’s when you’re really, the separator is how you handle the storms. I really believe that.”
Success means nothing if YOU lose the hunger that got YOU there.
The greatest champions understand that no amount of recognition, achievement, or success gives them permission to stop growing.
They wake up grateful for another opportunity to improve, knowing that yesterday's victories don't guarantee tomorrow's results.
And when adversity comes, they don't allow it to extinguish their fire. They use it as an opportunity to discover strength they never knew they had.
Stay humble. Stay hungry. Stay connected to YOUR burn.
Because greatness isn't just about what YOU achieve. It's about who YOU continue to become.

Can't wait to see what YOU all achieve TOGETHER this year!!!!
The people YOU surround YOURSELF with will either challenge YOU to raise YOUR standards or give YOU reasons to lower them.
That's why the environment matters.
What I respect about 1st Phorm is the culture they've built around discipline, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.
It's more than what they say. It's what they demonstrate through their actions every single day.
Grateful to be surrounded by people who believe in doing the unrequired and holding themselves to a higher standard.
That's the kind of environment where greatness is built.
Being focused doesn't mean YOU'RE making progress.
The difference between average and elite performance is the ability to eliminate distractions, master the details, and consistently execute what matters most.
Every decision either moves YOU closer to YOUR goals or pulls YOU further away.
Be intentional with YOUR time.
Be disciplined with YOUR choices.
Be relentless with YOUR Standard.
Don't just stay focused. Be INTENTIONALLY FOCUSED.
