Coming soon, SteelSwap redesign!
I partnered with the talented @mezuny to do the frontend.
The best UI. Even better swaps. Supports all pools on Cardano.
No tokens for useless functionality. Just a transaction builder giving you the best swaps for the lowest fees.
@ShillMoBaggins@MuesliSwapTeam Steelswap - better trades, 1 ada fee
I created a fast machine learning algorithm to find the best swap splits.
Even better, it supports stableswaps, and neither DexHunter nor Muesli supports that.
It's been a minute since I've shared something about SteelSwap, so I thought I'd give a small update.
I'm currently doing a couple of things simultaneously.
1. Completely rewriting the backend engine. Now that I have all the swap mechanisms figured out, I am rewriting the underlying code to make it run smoother.
2. CLMM for Muesli has been solved, just not accessible on the beta yet. Mainly because of (1)
3. Rewriting the Swap and Pool tracking mechanisms. Right now I rely exclusively on Blockfrost. However, I now have access to DBSync and am writing queries to add another data stream. This will make SteelSwap more production ready.
In addition to this, I'm building an entirely new Python package that should supersede minswap-py. Under the hood, SteelSwap relies heavily on minswap-py and some of it is a little hacky. I'm now writing a new library that will give Python developers access to all the swap mechanisms I have figured out. While I will make it open access, I will likely not advertise it until it is in a good position. If you follow me on Github, you'll see it. I won't consider it something I will answer questions or support questions for until it's ready for a V1 release.
And of course, this is just the surface of what's going on. As for a release date of all the new features I have in store
@KevinSchmidy @LopezKanapi fair warning, star season has been in alpha for 10 years lol. it is notoriously buggy. but man it has huge potential. kind of a waiting for the tech to catch up to the vision type situation.
