@KellerWomack Go read a meteorology book, those are all either outflow boundaries and frontal boundaries. Yes those show up on radar. Radars are very sensitive. There is also some clutter and interference in those loops. Maybe if you knew how to interpret radar you'd understand.

@RealDutchsinse It’s not saying radio waves can actually modify weather in practice - it’s defining what must be reported if someone INTENDS to try.
Reread 15 CFR 908.1. Radio waves already have low attenuation through atmospheric gases anyways. Good luck getting the power density needed!
