If western democracy goes up in flames, I will blame journalists, public health, and politicians - listed in order of how much I rely on them to #tellthetruth.
No foreign power, globalist forum, or lying conspiracist could undermine democracy if we could trust those in power.
@opheliamuses I always found it painful at the beginning. SO painful :( Though my first was def the worst. We got through it and I breastfed (most of) my babies until one year!
@kinsellawarren I'd pick Victoria. Just garden variety spiders + snakes, but always beautiful! ๐ธ
Anyway, that IS a pretty nice drive in a major city. There are trees! Quit your bellyaching ;)
@rupasubramanya Gender, sexuality, anatomy are A-OK topics for adults to explore with children of all ages, but a passing reference to female reproduction is obviously TOTALLY inappropriate for a politician. Poilievre is dorky so this just gives his haters the ick. They need to grow up.
@Khya1a@FATBOYJERMAINE@LenValyrian No one is posting examples of these "illiterate" names so I don't know if your comparison is fair. Those names are French + Russian and I have a sense of those rules. But are the "wrong" names following a common set of rules? Or just random and therefore not easy to learn?
@CoffeyTimeNews I don't get why a picture of a well-stocked display means no one is buying. Especially in the morning, that's what produce sections usually look like.
@BillboardChris This is an explicit message in The Book of Satan. Young people are stifled from becoming their true, free selves by overbearing, restrictive adults. 100% this is a spiritual battle. The devil is the evil behind this rampant confusion. Good thing we know God wins. ๐
@BonnieBonzo1@ProjectPearson Have you ever read about the MBTOW movement? Harmless. I truly don't care about this. "Misogynist male supremacy?" Please. The left can't stop talking about it, so this must be the best evidence of the CPC's "misogyny." Yawn.
@InezFeltscher I remember a co-worker responding rudely when I said years ago that I made a lunch for my husband. And someone demanding to know if he made ME breakfast when I once made it for him when we were dating. It's condescending and judgy and not pro-woman to behave like that.
@InezFeltscher So funny that gratitude is okay to feel but don't let him know by actually saying it! ๐ She could have found an anti-oppressive way.
"I see the work of the parenting you do as we share in this burden 100% equally. So I thank you while in equal parts I thank myself."

@ArnoldConnole@no_grave_ I will always love Little Women, but the more I discover about Alcott's life the more I can't unsee the dad as irresponsible. The mom gives to those who have less than they do, which it's hard to judge, but her dad IRL was an idealist whose pursuits hurt his family. ๐
@acoyne Perhaps you're not considering the alternative of not taxing carbon period? Seems that would cost less.
Unless you believe that a punitive tax on everything is saving us from climate destruction, which is sort of a silly thing to believe when you say it out loud, isn't it?
@preta_6 So sorry to hear this. Midwives have been heroes in my personal life. The fact that the BC college is so idealogically biased unfortunately taints my view of the profession.
@JJ_McCullough JJ, I understand that for a lover of history, the 60s can be considered recent (tho maybe not "very" recent?!). But even understanding the historical use of the term, this headline is jarringly anachronistic!
