It’s hideous. Better idea is parking structures which would reduce reflected urban heat from asphalt and such. If every parking lot had this it would provide benefit to the environment and people. (Getting in your car when it’s been sitting in the sun and 110° is not good🔥) The wildlife is adapted and has survived in the desert for ever. Solar panels are only slightly less offensive than windmills
