Here it is! Weighted Normals and Normal Laplacian Smoothing in Blender Geometry Nodes. Now we can calculate clean Normals for toon shading regardless of topology flow, and still be able to blur them to simplify shapes!

This is part of vtuber avatar Normals tools I'm working on for @getfondant, including a Blender addon. If you're interested in testing this and other tools, give them a follow. And I'm working on a technical blog post to explain it all.
