For a book I haven’t promoted in years.
(It’s not even that good. I cringe at some sections.)
The lesson?
Word-of-mouth always wins.
Congrats, you bought a course.
Doesn’t mean you’re entitled to results.
I see many people calling out “scam."
Because they simply consumed information.
And if it’s happened more than once...
Maybe it’s time to look in the mirror, bro.
There are no “bad” days.
When you’re 83—you’d write a blank check:
For one more day.
For one more blank slate.
For one more chance at it.
You’d do anything—and I mean fucking anything—for it.
The lesson?
Act like it's almost over. Because it is.
Best part of entrepreneurship? Everything is *your* fault.
Not your boss.
Not random co-workers.
Not Steve from accounting.
Why is that awesome?
Because you get to change it. Period.
“You were the most expensive option, so I hired you.”
That’s called positioning, homeslice.
You can either be the best—or run a never-ending race to the bottom.
Which will you pick?
Asking them out on a hot date? That’s copy.
Negotiating a $17,5000 promotion? That’s copy.
Hosting a Saturday night dinner party? That’s copy.
So, yeah. Kind of a big deal ✌🏻
“Tommy, this whole chasing-my-dream down is feeling stressful.”

Yeah, it can be —so is waking up at 76 realizing you MISSED your goddamn shot. #RegretSucks 😑
Currently reading —great work by @DavidEpstein. Making me re-think some of the common rhetoric about specialization and skill acquisition in life and business.
Sunday is the day the amateurs skip their habits and sleep in on their dreams —while the champions reflect, re-store and recommit.
Which are you?
