Madison helped @fogorestaurants land a menu rollout five weeks early, pulling forward millions for the business.

Madison is an AI teammate. She was onboarded by Fogo via @conveyAI for menu and pricing operations. Fogo changes its menu 4 to 6 times a year, and each time she proofs every menu and group sales package against approved pricing and checks that price changes still follow the brand's rules. She also builds competitive pricing analysis across Fogo's markets, and she tracks menu shipments and lets stores know when something's running late. She genuinely owns Fogo's menu operations.

She works for the whole team, too. Restaurant managers email her their pricing questions and hear back right away. She answers about 3/4 on her own and sends the judgment calls to Kat Valentine, who onboarded her.

Kat taught Madison the role herself, and can now trust Madison to handle it completely. In September alone, that added up to about 150 hours of work.

This is already pretty cool, but what excites me even more is what comes next. Every question Madison answers and every rollout she runs leaves a record of how the work really happens and where it gets stuck. That gives Michael Breed and the Fogo leadership team data they’ve never had before to manage and improve their business, with Madison as a proactive thought partner to help them do so.

Michael and Kat, thank you for trusting Convey with such a critical job! Watch the conversation here:

Carolin Bink runs Enterprise Transformation at @TripleLiftHQ . When we sat down with her for this video, she said something about their AI rollout that stuck with me:

“Everybody had a license for Gemini, or Claude, or ChatGPT, but all of those tools, for me, feel like individual improvements. It's lonely.”

People got faster at their own work, but whatever they built lived with that one person, with no real oversight across the company. And the shared processes that really move the business still ended up in the engineering queue.

Early on at @conveyAI we decided AI teammates should belong to the company, not just to the person who built them. Each one is set up like a new hire, with its own identity and access to only the systems its job needs. Admins decide who can build, change or direct it, and you can see what every teammate is asked to do and by whom.

That's a big part of why TripleLift felt comfortable letting every team build. The people closest to a process could train the teammate to own it, and every teammate follows the same company rules. Plus, Carolin could set up specialist teammates where she wants more control, like the one that now makes external decks.

Safe to say it's a little less lonely now.

Rob and Carolin, it's been really fun watching this come together. Full story below.

Excited to share how @TeleUniCompany used @conveyAI teammates to reclaim hundreds of thousands of hours in 7mo, without engineers or consultants.

@Jvarner onboarded his AI teammate Geoff, who has now completed 45,000+ tasks in 14 weeks.

@chumley7571 talks about his AI teammate Enrique, who took a 3 week process and turned it into 4 hours.

Salespeople don't need to log into Salesforce anymore. Media plans are built in seconds. And teams are spending more time with advertisers, spotting opportunities, and making better decisions.

Very cool to see this group pioneer the future of publishers. Hear more below:

Enterprise AI cannot stop at adoption.

The next phase is outcome-driven: AI teammates that take recurring, critical work fully off operators’ plates.

Our CEO @rohanbchopra shares how our $38M Series A is a step toward that future.

When optimizing accounting at @Samsara , @scottlhume made a bold choice: hire AI.

They've delegated 13 recurring tasks (and counting) to @conveyAI digital teammates, saving dozens of hours every month-end close.

What if your team could train an AI teammate just by doing their job?

Convey makes that possible.

In our latest demo, a staff accountant processes invoices as usual while their AI teammate learns in real time, watching, listening, and adapting.

[Rohan Chopra @rohanbchopra]

Most AI makes you faster. Convey takes the work off your plate.

At @ConveyAI:
→ Train once by doing the task + sharing screen
→ Handle edge cases + improve over time
→ 900,000+ hours of work already completed
→ Runs workflows thousands of times without supervision

Less busywork. More output.

The future belongs to the 100x operator. Feel free to DM if you’re interested to learn more.

@savoyaground automated inbound orders, supplier emails, rate creation, and daily reporting - all in the span of a few months, across the whole org.

The result: 40%+ YoY EBITDA growth. Tracking toward 10,000 hours saved this year.

Full case study below.

One of the most underrated parts of enterprise AI is getting your team bought in.

Dominic Miraglia is taking a unique tack: evangelizing, incentivizing, and even compensating his team based on hours saved with @conveyAI. This win-win strategy is yielding huge dividends for @savoyaground:

- 1,000 hours automated in 4mo; planning for 10,000 by end of year

- +40% EBITDA growth YoY driven by efficiency gains

- Solving problems like order processing that they struggled with for years by establishing operators as builders.

The story behind Convey starts with a guy named Steve. At DoorDash, Steve manually assigned every delivery. It worked…until it didn’t.

That insight became the starting point for Convey. Our CEO, @rohanbchopra shares the full story in his blog post: https://t.co/CaidFtj98T

[Rohan Chopra @rohanbchopra]

Back in 2014, when DoorDash was just getting started, we had a guy named Steve.

Steve manually assigned every single delivery. Checking drivers on Find My Friends, matching orders, all by hand.

He was exceptional at his job. The system worked... until it couldn't.

🧵 Here's how that led to Convey: 🧵

Your best people are too valuable to be spending time on repetitive work. They should be driving leverage, not just maintaining the baseline.

Train a digital teammate you can actually trust to own repetitive processes across finance, HR, and beyond.

[Rohan Chopra @rohanbchopra]

In 2014, DoorDash ran on a guy named Steve.

Every dasher shared their location with him on Find My Friends. Order comes in, Steve finds the closest one, texts them. It worked until it didn't.

We sat next to him and turned that manual process into software. Steve went on to build and lead our support org.

I've spent the last year watching the same pattern play out across every industry. Smart people manually holding critical workflows together because their systems haven't kept up. AI helps, but mostly as an assistant - it makes you faster, it doesn't take work off your plate.

That's what we’re building at @conveyAI. Digital teammates that operators train themselves, that run autonomously, and that fully own a process end to end.

Today we're out of stealth.

Grateful to NBC Universal, Samsara, Faire, TelevisaUnivision, Unity and our other customers who bet on us early.

The era of asking your best people to manually run critical business processes is over. The future belongs to the 100x operator.
