Every Wednesday at GEP, we ask something simple.
This week’s question:
“What are you grateful for?”
The answers left us speechless.
👀 “My vision — the gift of seeing the world.”
🧠 “A conscience that guides me — the difference between light and shadow.”
💔 “The memories of a best friend I’ll never forget.”
🏠 “Working from home, so I could care for my child.”
⏳ “Another 24 hours to live with grace.”
🤝 “The people at GEP who became family (Ohana).”
In a world moving at light speed, this 5-minute pause reminded us of everything that really matters.
Now we turn to you.
What’s one thing you’re truly grateful for — right here, right now?

“Most men won’t say they’re not okay.
They’ll just get quieter.
This #MensMentalHealthMonth, don’t wait for them to open up.
Check in anyway. Even a simple ‘You good for real?’ can save someone.”

Earth is “ringing” like a bell all the time - even without earthquakes.
Scientists have discovered that Earth constantly experiences very low-frequency vibrations, known as “Earth’s hum.” These vibrations happen even in the absence of seismic activity and are thought to be caused by ocean waves, atmospheric turbulence, and interactions between land, sea, and air.
We can’t feel it, but sensitive instruments pick it up - and it’s helping researchers understand Earth’s internal structure more deeply.
Kinda poetic, right? The planet’s always singing its own quiet tune.
