Dear @sweetgreen, I’m curious why my lunch is marked as delivered when it is nowhere to be found at my office and nobody called or texted. I’m working hard at my job. Would be nice if your staff was doing the same, instead of probably throwing my meal in a garbage can somewhere.

Today, you charged my card automatically even AFTER I told you that you needed to file a claim with my new insurance information. And then you ignored even more correspondence from me. Is this the business model?

@YaFavTrashman @SEPTA Yes to this! I used @SEPTA’s Transit Watch app to report smoking and got into a text fight with whoever responds to the complaints after they gave me their personal political opinions about the DA and criminal justice in Philly. I didn’t ask for the smokers to get arrested!

@OldNavy Someone has stolen my phone number to open an ON points account. I now can’t associate that number (which I’ve owned since 2001ish) with my ON account, which I’ve also had for many many years. What gives?

I responded and said I didn’t want a political lecture about our city’s DA, I wanted a sense of responsibility. This person then wrote back to me, a lawyer, to mansplain the local judicial system. I. CANNOT.

Wow, even the @SEPTA reporting app backs the blue. Reported an issue and said I felt the Transit police needed to be more present. This was what I got in response. Must be nice to just stop working whenever you receive criticism from the taxpayers that pay you. #workslowdown

Hey @Experian_US, thanks SO much for blasting my phone number and credit info to every predatory mortgage lender in the country. My phone has rung non-stop all day, and I’ve even received text messages from these scumbags.

I applied for a mortgage refi with ONE company and you blasted my info out to literally thousands. Why?? The sweetest one was the guy who just called me three times in a row and THREATENED me when I forcefully said I wasn’t interested.

Yet another day at the Huntingdon Station on @SEPTA_MFL where I had to step over two people passed out on the steps up to the platform. One still had the needle in his hand. How is this fair to anyone - commuters, nearby residents, AND the addicted community?? This. Is. SHAMEFUL.
