🚨 Mickey Loomis & the New Orleans Saints did not do right by Jameis Winston ... but, I get it ... they did what's right for their team. Derek Carr was hurt earlier, has had just one legit game in 8 weeks (against a team a PJ Walker led squad hung 39 on the week prior), no one in the org seems to truly believe in Jake Haener, and they've got the only QB in the current NFL to throw for over 5,100+ yards in a 16 game season waiting in the wings if Carr gets hurt or struggles even worse ... and the Saints believe they WILL win the division & be in the playoffs, so they want the most important position covered.

It's a shame we didn't get to see Jameis replacing Kirk Cousins & throwing bombs for the #Vikings w/ Justin Jefferson, TJ Hockenson & Jordan Addison though.
