Kindly, request you to look into it and resolve the issue by directing your team to process online applications without any delay.. The purpose of @_DigitalIndia is defeated if the applications are not process and certificate not issued on time 2/2

@CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis Sir, did not have a good experience with @Aaple_Sarkarr portal. The documents are not being processed inspite of paying for them and submitting the application online. The status being in process always.. especially for Mumbai Suburban district. 1/2

"Entered Aadhaar details are invalid or not linked with a mobile number".

2/n Info was spread by means of official videos, pdf files in different languages. Queries were answered promptly on social media. Sadly all this is missing in case of SIR in maharashtra. I wish there were pdf's/video's explaining each scenario wch cud be faced by the elector.

Can't help but compare how the census & now SIR are being conducted. Both had officials going hse to hse but in case of census there was better awareness because it was better advertised, the census process though simpler was explained better. 1/n
