@cvfarming If you do decide to go down the physio route, Conner at Body and Motion Ltd (in Harrowbarrow - he's on Facebook) is brilliant - does only what is needed and gives you a exercise plan to go forward with.
Other than that, I've heard using a rowing machine before work is a good.
