@dylarnette I think using drones for delivering is super innovative and ground breaking but there also can be a lot of downsides. The drones themselves definitely cost a lot and it might not even be worth the cost if they can only deliver one package at a time.
@becker_reece Even though the article mentioned a lot of downsides to using technology in the workplace, I think the effects on the workplace as a whole have been met positive. Technology has made it so easier to do business and operate at large scales for organizations.

Assumptions that women are incompetent and not capable of these kinds of jobs are the reason why it’s 96% male. This stigma needs to end in order to change it.

@JackBre61456863 Resistance is inevitable in these kinds of situations. The best way to to handle it in my opinion would be to convince employees that the pros outweigh the cons regarding to whatever change is taking place. This way the employees can understand why this change is so necessary.
@OgrenAnnie Although I’ve never been in this situation, I can’t imagine how difficult it might be. I think its important to prioritize the organization over personal emotions which may not be the easiest option, but it will most likely produce the most positive results.
@OgrenAnnie I do think it is necessary for employees to maintain surface/deep acting because I think it says a lot about one’s character which stands out to employers. Showing your boss that you can be faced with adversity and still perform as expected is definitely a good quality to have.
@drewgonz2 I think Tesla does a pretty exemplary of this since they are so known for their innovation and creativity. Because of this, it’s probably a good idea to have their employees also thinking of new ideas. There are risks in this as it could result in employees becoming less focused
