@TammyDoodleDo Oh, Tammy, that's so sad. A very close relative is going through this. She understands that all she can do is keep loving him and praying, but he's an adult and she cannot control how he reacts. That's the heartbreaking part, I think, the most for her, that he chooses this.
This is the most detailed MRI scan of an unborn baby.
At just 20 weeks, she is moving, turning her head, kicking, even standing. Her beating heart is also visible.
Human life is a miracle. 😊❤️🙏
I just heard a conversation with people talking about trying to live longer because they are mortified to die. It brings me so much peace and joy when I think about death. What's the difference between me and them? Jesus.. He is my eternal hope . Soli deo gloria!
the grace of God that brings salvation
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness & worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, & godly in this present world;
Looking for that blessed hope, and glorious appearing of the great God and our Savior Jesus Christ."
Titus2:11-13
"I will lead them in paths that they have not known. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them and not forsake them." Is42:16
Unknown paths dark and crooked are designated routes for God's remnant servants.
Follow Him!
@farmingandJesus@3088IH And righteously so. Because there is no reason for the girls to go through that! This world is so, so corrupt. I can't wait until Jesus comes back.
@farmingandJesus@valarielala The girls you gave back to the father who made them breakfast? Oh, no!!! And they had two wonderful willing parents? (you & Forest) That's shameful! There's no reason for it. The person who commented prior is right; it seems like the system tries to traumatize them more.
BREAKING
A surrogate mother is fighting to save the baby boy she’s carrying.
His life is at stake.
McKenna, a single mother in Alaska, became a surrogate to bring her family extra income and help another family have a baby.
She applied to Worldwide Surrogacy, was matched with a couple, and became pregnant with a baby boy she calls Gabriel. Everything went smoothly at first…
At the 20-week anatomy scan, doctors noticed there was no blood flow through the left side of Gabriel’s heart. A specialist diagnosed him with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS)—a treatable condition.
Shortly after the diagnosis, Gabriel’s intended parents requested McKenna abort him.
McKenna scheduled appointments at abortion facilities out of state.
But she didn’t want to do it…
"Every time I thought about having to show up at the clinic, I was hysterical, and I couldn't picture myself reacting or feeling any other way. So I was really scared of how I would view myself as a woman and a mother, how I'd be able to come home to my kids after participating in something like that.
But I didn't have the means to be sued over this. I'm a single mom. I can't afford lawyers to fight this. I felt I had no other option, no way out. It was just a horrible feeling."
Baby Gabriel would have been killed in a D&E abortion—brutally dismembered with metal forceps, limb from limb.
Thankfully, McKenna’s brother stepped in, promising that he would care for McKenna, her children, and even Gabriel. She cancelled the abortion procedure.
McKenna got in touch with @LilaGraceRose, and was connected with doctors willing to care for Gabriel after birth. But Gabriel’s intended parents have NOT agreed for him to receive ANY treatment.
In fact, they’re suing McKenna for not aborting Gabriel.
This precious child is in danger. McKenna is 35 weeks pregnant, preparing to give birth, and has filed for custody to ensure Gabriel receives treatment.
"I want to fight for him because he deserves that chance…There's no guarantee; there's not a guarantee with anything. But he deserves a chance of living life outside of my womb. I just really pray he gets that opportunity."
McKenna is working with lawyers trying to protect baby Gabriel’s life, but a California court may be able to dictate where she gives birth and which medical team treats her.
McKenna and baby Gabriel are victims of the surrogacy industry—which blatantly treats women and babies as commodities instead of humans.
Baby Gabriel MUST be given his chance at life.

Today is #WorldLungCancerDay & also the 4th anniversary of the day I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I didn't fit the stereotype - I was a very fit non-smoker aged 54. Anyone with lungs can get lung cancer. I'm still alive due to early diagnosis and modern medicine.
Know the symptoms : Coughing up blood, chest pain, shortness of breath, repeated chest infections, unexplained weight loss, tiredness, hoarseness, back and shoulder pain. Please repost for awareness 🤍

@TammyDoodleDo I remember that time, living in New Jersey & my girlfriends and I being freaked out because we had long dark hair, as did most of his victims. I haven't thought of Berkowitz for years. How merciful our Father is, and what a pattern we have to follow! It's humbling.
@javajane@TammyDoodleDo Wholeheartedly agree!!! It's a great reminder that the Lord does not judge as man does & that His ways are not our ways. It's humbling to think that the very people that we think are irredeemable will be spending eternity with us.
